Surf Hut is a single hopped Pale Ale that made its debut in 2018. Brewed with Sabro β an experimental hop varietal (HBC 438) introduced by The Hop Breeding Company of Yakima, Washington, in April β Surf Hut hits the palate with waves of tropical fruit and coconut. Hops are added in the early stages of Surf Hutβs fermentation β a method called primary hopping β bolstering the brewβs aromatic profile. Surf Hut is a limited, draft-only release.
