Staying true to our spirit as a farm brewery, we take pride in creating this sip of history for you to fall in love with. Once created in the Southern French speaking region of Belgium, this beer was a staple of farmers to satisfy the thirst of their workers during the summer months. Usually brewed in the cool months of late winter, the beer was aged and seasoned to perfection and to the delight of a day’s hard work. We draw water from our deep water well and add our very best Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, and noble hop varieties of Saaz, Styrian Goldings plus a fresh zest of lemon. Fermented by a single strain of imported Saison yeast, this delightful beer is often referred to as the Champagne of beer. Golden yellow with aggressive carbonation, slightly tart and exceptionally crisp, this is a beer that pairs well with many foods and deserts. Enjoy fresh from our farm to your glass !
