Beer Description
Light body with strong hop aroma. Dry hopped at IPA levels. An aromatic beer that still retains the body and flavor approachability of Temescal’s Blonde ales.
-We love balanced and low ABV beers, but sometimes we want abrasive hop aroma in our low ABV beers. Session IPAs are generally trying to mimic a higher ABV IPA with their bitterness levels and bodybuilding dextrin malts, Pale Ales usually have a little more body and typically aren’t dry hopped as high as IPAs, enter Blonde IPA! We kept the body light (lighter than a Pale Ale or Session IPA) but really went for it with hop aroma. Dry hopped at IPA level volumes, we wanted an aromatic beer that still retained the body and flavor approachability of our Blonde ales.
