Bone dry, yet incredibly drinkable & hopped w/ Mosaic, Citra & Azacca.
Our first iteration of a Brut IPA! Employing an enzyme to assist a neutral ale strain in fermenting all available sugar in the wort, this IPA is bone dry, yet incredibly drinkable and hopped with Mosaic, Citra & Azacca. It’s not fined so there’s a bit of hop haze, and carbonation is quite high for an effervescent, refreshing character.
