A soft malt backbone allows the tangerine, blueberry, bubblegum, and papaya flavors from the mosaic hops to break on through.
Clocking in at 7%, the soft malt backbone allows the tangerine, blueberry, bubblegum, and papaya flavors from the mosaic hops to break on through. This batch was fermented on our NEIPA yeast, and, as the rest of this series, excessively dry hopped.
