Beer Description
Oak Fermented Simcoe Pale Ale Aged on Spanish Cedar.
Oak Fermented Simcoe Pale Aged on Spanish Cedar Lower World was brewed with Pilsner Malt, two row, and wheat malt, and hopped late in the kettle with Simcoe. It was fermented entirely in oak puncheons with one of our house mixed cultures. After primary fermentation, the beer was then transferred into another set of puncheons lined with Spanish Cedar staves, where it continued to condition for an additional 6 weeks.
