Beer Description
This deep rose colored Gose has tart jammy notes from the Sorrel Flowers, a soft body and very subtle saltiness, a hint of fruity floral coriander and the perfect crisp bite of fresh ginger to balance it out.
Birds In Paradise…A Laid Back Sour Series. Occasional releases of Kettle Soured beers inspired by Iconic Tropical Cocktails. First up is Hibiscus & Ginger Gose. It is our interpretation of a traditional Jamaican Drink called Sorrel Drink. We use imported Jamaican Sorrel Flowers (Jamaican Red Hibiscus), Fresh Ginger, Pacific Sea Salt and Indian Coriander. This 4.5% ABV deep rose colored Gose has tart jammy notes from the Sorrel Flowers, a soft body and very subtle saltiness, a hint of fruity floral coriander and the perfect crisp bite of fresh ginger to balance it out.
