Beer Description
A brand new beer, this is a 100% NY malt Kölsch that we dry-hopped to smithereens. It has about 6 pounds per barrel of Vic Secret hops, more hops then we put in most of our regular line up. Since Vic Secret is an Australian hop, the name comes from one of our favorite Australians, Crocodile Dundee. Upfront, you get IPA-like juiciness with big notes of overripe tropical fruit. In the back, it finishes with crisp, crackery, cereal notes.
