First sip is hopped up on the nose and paired with some serious fruity flavors of melon and stone fruit, followed by fruity esters to finish.
So in celebration of our ‘Murican brewing independence, this year we’ve decided to brew an American Style DIPA using a few English ingredients! Just dry-hopped yesterday, first sip is hopped up on the nose and paired with some serious fruity flavors of melon and stone fruit, followed by some nice fruity esters to finish. USA! USA! USA! Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Styrian Golding, Azzacca Hop Oil Malt: Maris Otter (English malt variety), Flaked Oats, Flaked Rice
