Beer Description
A blend of Apricots and Peaches from a Chef’s perspective. Brewed with Franco-Belges Pilsen Malt and Wheat, fermented with Belgian Saison II ale yeast.
Created as a collaboration with our good friend, an executive chef. He was expressing how many beers have fake, or unnatural fruit flavorings. He asked if we could brew a beer with a blend of Apricots and Peaches from a Chef’s perspective. Brewed with Franco-Belges Pilsen Malt and Wheat, fermented with Belgian Saison II ale yeast. This fruit Saison is balanced, drinkable, and refreshing.
