Beer Description
Our Beer Camp consisted of 10 people, mostly homebrewers, who created and brewed an “IPA” style brown ale. We used “Torpedo” filled with Galaxy and Citra hops for a great additional dry hopping to the beer. Once the beer has finished fermenting it’s recirculated through the Torpedo to add these hop flavors and aromas. We named our beer “Simmer Down Brown”.
