Made with the traditional blend of domestic yeast and wild “Brett” yeast. Michigan cherry juice added after fermentation.
Oud Bruin (Old Brown)….this old brown ale is made with the traditional blend of domestic yeast and wild “Brett” yeast. We add Michigan cherry juice after fermentation to add life back into this aged beer. Serve at 45-55F (7-12C).
