Beer Description
Collaboration Hazy DIPA with Alvarado Street, this beer boasts a malt bill of Mecca Grade Pelton Pilsner Malt, Maris Otter, Oat Malt, Malted White Wheat, and Cararuby and was fermented with Sacc Trois and NEIPA yeast. Dry hopped excessively with 4.5 lbs/bbl of Motueka and Mosaic, this beer also used glucosidase to enzymatically break away extra aroma compounds from glucose molecules in hops to give it a super tangerine/nectarine aroma. It tastes like a stone fruit/nectarine bomb with a hint of tropical notes. A smooth, slightly dryer mouth feel helps mask the higher ABV of this beer.
