This sweet and delicate ale stands sharply in contrast to the classic bourbon barrel character. The barrel brings forward notes of caramel, vanilla and oak.
We aged this beer in the barrels for only five months, ensuring the bourbon and oak flavors do not outshine the classic Belgian style beer underneath.
