Beer Description
As we come to Persephone in the Hopthology Series, we bring in pomegranate. The one good thing is you can enjoy this beer up here in the real world instead of having to be in the underworld for half the year like Persephone did. This IPA has a light easy going base dry hopped with Ekuanot hops. 55 lbs. of pomegranate puree is then added. The result is a light IPA for summer with pomegranate from start to finish.
