Beer Description
Brewers used water from Wakulla Springs as well as more sugar and varied ingredients than normal to bring the alcohol content higher and provide unique flavors. A portion of the proceeds from the on-site-consumption only beer will go to the nonprofit group Friends of Wakulla Springs. The idea for naming Black Lagoon Imperial Porter came from the 1954 film, Creature from the Black Lagoon, which was filmed at Wakulla Springs. Fermentation is known as a bastion of quality beer and wines, offering their own brews and locally made cheeses.
