The mango pops, w/ flavors of lemongrass, pear, melon, oak and peach trees; and the champagne yeast adds an additional light sweetness and notes of green apple
Aged with Brett and champagne yeast in our bottle-conditioning room, Mangifera Flux is an extremely smooth and vibrant full-bodied sour perfect for sipping outside on the porch. The mango pops, complimented by flavors of lemongrass, pear, melon, oak and peach trees; and the champagne yeast provides an additional light sweetness and notes of green apple and Pinot Grigio.
