Beer Description
Refreshing and bright. True to style with coriander, dill weed and peppercorns added.
Dill Pickle Gose is brewed exclusively for Pittsburgh. We brewed it to mimic dill pickles, but rather than a briny salt bomb, the flavors are refreshing and bright. Dill Pickle Gose is made true to style, with lactobacillus added in the kettle and sea salt, coriander and twisted with a bit of fresh dill weed. Then we add peppercorns in a special cold press process to impart just the right notes of spice and to enhance the aroma of the fresh dill. At only 4.5% alc/vol, and very low bitterness (just 10 IBU), this is an easy to drink sour, perfect for crushing outside on a hot day.
