aged in Beacon bourbon.
Brewed in collaboration with The Ugly Mug Coffee shop in the City of Poughkeepsie. Full flavor with robust coffee notes throughout with a medium body. Beans were aged in local bourbon before adding to the Stout. Roasted malts blended with coffee for an overload of roasted flavors & coffee yet balanced with complex malts.
