Beer Description
American white oak, fortified with Woodford Reserve Bourbon. She SCREAMS dark fruit, caramel, oak and Bourbon notes then quickly settles into an amazing complexity of tenacious flavours. Layer after layer; hops, dried fruit, vanilla, cherries, dark caramel and chocolate. Her luscious bouquet, soft mouthfeel, smooth texture and silky black legs will surely have you callin’ again. She’s a lil’ bit crazy but makes for a great ride! Finishes with superb tannin balance. The perfect foil to the mid-winter blues!
