The 2nd in our Belgian Series utilizing Trappist yeast. Layering notes of banana, plum, chocolate, toast, burnt sugar and hazenut,with a soft yet lingering warmth from it’s elevated alcohol percentage. This dark ale is a perfect replacement for an evening snuggled up with a blanket in front of the fireplace. Grab a snifter and let Burley bring you Brussels.
