The malt profile of this fine pale ale is a blend of flavorful pale malts and a subtle addition of oats. The body is full but not chewy while the sweetness is just enough to support the hoppy feature. This hop profile is meant to focus on the late additions of Centennial, which, like Wakatu, is a dual purpose hop but features more citrusy and floral flavors and aromas (as opposed to earthy and spicy).
