Bright, tart, and highly effervescent beer. The nose is full of ripe berries, and the flavor has a balance of refined fruitiness and refreshing acidity.
Our Raspberry Sour is a bright, tart, and highly effervescent beer. The nose is full of ripe berries, and the flavor has a wonderful balance of refined fruitiness from the raspberries which are added during fermentation and refreshing acidity from our kettle souring process.
The body is very light and almost dry to taste which comes from the high carbonation, acidity, and simple malt bill. The color is reminiscent of a rosé, since it holds onto some of the raspberries’ pinkish hue.
