Beer Description
Upfront scent of Lemon followed by a nice smooth malt backbone, with lemon flavors throughout. Super easy drinking summertime ale, crisp and clean bold flavors
Brewed in collaboration with New Paltz Brewery. In this recipe we used 95 lemons, all hand zested. The Juice is added post fermentation. This Summer Ale is designed to showcase the flavors of the Hudson Valley. We use floor malted German Wheat Malt and a nice variety of New York hops. Upfront scent of Lemon followed by a nice smooth malt backbone, with lemon flavors throughout. Super easy drinking summertime ale, crisp and clean bold flavors coming in at 5%ABV
