Belgian-style quad aged in apple brandy barrels. A two-time FoBAB winner (2015 Gold, 2016 Bronze). A complex beer with notes of dried fruit such as fig, apple, and raisin, a warm caramel & biscuit malt profile, molasses and vanilla undertones and a semi-sweet finish
