Dortmund Nostradamus

The style of dark beer called Stout was until recently regarded as a group of Porter style beer that was popular in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in London. His name is related to the London dockers who liked to mix with other Ale beers to get a drink very dark, strong flavor and quite alcoholic. It was a long maturation of beer, which required large barrels for storage. Are recognized by the dark, almost black, the roasted aroma that can remind coffee or cappuccino, or a discreet touch of chocolate or cocoa. It is creamy and slightly bitter and its foam can go from clear to brown.
