“Brut” means “dry,” and this emerging beer style, born in San Francisco, brings dryness and sparkle back to the IPA genre. Our version is bright with gooseberry, melon rind, and hints of tropical fruit, finishing clean and dry. The bitterness is low but balanced, letting the hops shine.
