Beer Description
We brewed this batch of Planet Funkotron 1 year ago and set it aside to allow the Brettanomyces to fully develop, which created a complex flavor foundation of peach and pineapple with a slight barnyard funk. We decided that this was a perfect base to add a large dose of Galaxy hops to amplify the tropical and citrus notes provided from the extra maturation time.
