Beer Description
When we designed this beer representing the moody Greek god of the sea, we wanted to taste just that…the sea. This ale is made with 80 lbs. of baby sugar kelp from Maine. Part way through fermentation we added fresh squeezed lime juice and zest, along with a moderate dry hopping to keep things tropical. The smell is limey sea foam. Kelp adds some body and salt, with the hops blending everything together.
