Beer Description
We laid this beer to rest in both red and white wine barrels for 4 months before racking it onto a lavish bed of fresh Katy apricots for a refreshing fruitiness
We banded together with our homies at Hawkshead Brewery from the UK to create this vibrant beverage for the Rainbow Project. Beginning life as a saison, we fermented this beer with a blend of house cultures and wild yeast, for a zesty, nuanced character that you’re totally going to love. We then laid this beer to rest in both red and white wine barrels for 4 months before racking it onto a lavish bed of fresh Katy apricots (1800 pounds of apricots, to be exact), for a refreshing fruitiness that is immensely pleasing.
