Sometimes the simplest approach is best. In this case, we chose to work with 100% oak-fermented beers that already have an identity of their own. Variations on a Theme deftly combines four of our favorite offerings: Cellarman, Lady in Grey, Four Legs Good, and the wood-aged version of Anaïs. Brought together in this blend, each beer works in harmony to project familiar flavors of our house culture in a new way. Poured into a stemmed-glass, one encounters notes of citrus, melon, leather, oak staves, and coastal minerality. Simple and true, Variations on a Theme is another effort toward fermented bliss. Sante!
