Watch City Bombed Blondeshelle

This is our Belgian Golden Strong Ale. She is complex with moderate spiciness, the aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits such as oranges, sometimes even a slight banana character. Blondshelle has a spicy, floral, sometimes perfumy hop character. Deep yellow in color. Very clear with a long-lasting, creamy, rocky, white head resulting in characteristic “Belgian lace” on the glass as it fades. We use Noble hops and a Belgian yeast strain that produce fruity esters, spicy phenolics and higher alcohols which is aided by fermenting the beer at a warmer temperature.
