The making of this beer started and ended with chocolate in mind, brewed with a variety of chocolate malts and aged on over 100lbs of TCHO Ecuadorian Cocoa Nibs. Complemented by the intense fruit flavor of over a pound of raspberry puree per gallon of beer, lending a perfect raspberry twang!
