Beer Description
This IPA has a pillowy mouthfeel and an array of bright stonefruit aromas with dank, piney undertones.
Sometimes you’ve got to go backwards to move forward. In the name of experimentation we did the unfathomable and added oat flour to this new pilot batch. Are we proud of it? No; but we are pleasantly surprised with the result. The flour lent a round, pillowy mouthfeel to a simple grist of pilsner and more oats. We then followed it up with some extremely generous doses of our new favorite hop combo, Simcoe and Rakau. Together they deliver an array of bright stonefruit aromas with dank, piney undertones.
