Beer Description
India Pale Lager is a full bodied lager with a depth of malt flavor and a smooth clean finish.
This beer starts off as a basic IPA (ale) however we ferment with true lager yeast and dry hop under lagering (very cold) conditions. The result is a crisp lager, with some sweetness from the grain and true hop aroma profile. The ABV is about 6.6% so it is higher than a lager too. Medium straw color. Unique beer for those wanting crispness in an IPA.
Brewed with Apollo and Calypso hops, and dry hopped with Calypso and Bravo Hops, the combination brings a balanced aroma without any bitterness.
