Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Iron Springs Brewery, in celebration of the harvest season. We sourced premiere California grown pilsner malt from Alameda’s Admiral Malting, this provides a soft bready base and a golden glow for the real star of the show, Cascade hops. Cyprus farms in Pescadero, CA provided 100lbs of fresh, undried hop cones that bring forth aromas of fresh cut flowers, wet grass and citrus. The finish is fresh and clean with a light grapefruit zing. Raise a glass to the hardworking farmers of California!
