Beer Description
Prepare to experience critical levels of refreshment. We brewed this hoppy pils with Weyermann’s Bohemian Pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Carafoam before hopping with Spalter Select, Hallertau Mittlefruh, and Saaz and lagering at 32 degrees. The end result is both insanely quaffable and delightfully complex, with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, ginger, cardamom, and lemon-lime citrus, with a slightly more robust body than our other pilsner offerings. We’re pretty hyped on it; here’s hoping you are too
