Rich dark malts then fermented with" smoked" maple syrup and Madagascar vanilla beans. Complexity and depth ring deep into this spirited strong English ale.
On January 6th 1839, a most devastating wind blew across the Atlantic ocean into the western coast of Ireland. By the morning of the 7th, hundreds were killed and the landscape was forever changed, known as the Night of the big Wind.
