Subtle Smoke – Rich Malt – Restrained Bitterness
A delicate balance between sweet & savory, The Bamberg Odin is our take on the classic German Smoked Lager. Historically, the method of direct fire during the malting process would impart the styles iconic smoke flavor & aroma. We used Beechwood Smoked Malt to infuse our wort with subtle hints of smoke character that compliment the rich malt bill.
