Beer Description
Brewed each year in honor of another year of making great brews here in Ellicottville! We age our anniversary ale on toasted american oak for 3 months. It’s copper to light brown in color with sweet malty flavors that fade into hints of pear and green banana that give way to vanilla and a dry tanic finish.
