Beer Description
Raw Ale brewed in traditional Nordic Kornøl style. This beer was brewed with locally foraged juniper branches. A raw ale is not traditionally boiled, and thus the beer carries a protein rich body which emphasizes the malty profile. Slightly sweet with various earthy notes. Fermented with a Kveik yeast strain at 90+ degrees.
