Beer Description
Coconut, Coffee & Vanilla Imperial Stout. The aromatics from the coffee come off strong on the nose, w/ a subtle roasty, chocolate & lingering coconut
Our J. Wakefield collaboration brewed at the Dojo, this Imperial Stout consists of Maris Otter base, with a wide variety of specialty malts to support it. 10 lbs/bbl Coconut, 2 lbs/bbl Black House Coffee, and a hint of Vanilla we’re added post fermentation and makes this beer taste like you just took a bite out of a Samoa cookie. The aromatics from the coffee come off strong on the nose, with a subtle roasty, chocolate and coconut lingering in the background.
