Beer Description
Mr. Noble, a friend of the brewery, loves to mix things up for us. He regularly brings in fresh fruit from his garden and enjoys experimenting with our brews through blending. This beer is an homage to the man. We are using apples from his yard that have been steeped in our kölsch then blended with our hefeweizen. This beer is best served with a cinnamon/sugar rimmed glass.
