Beer Description
This Rye IPA is named after our favorite dog Charlie who always seems to be up to something. Brewed with honey, rye, and caramel malts this beer combines the spice of a rye with the sweet malt notes of honey. But just like Charlie, we had to go a little crazy so we added heaping amounts of Falconer’s Flight hops during the boil and then dry hopped it to create a citrusy IPA.
