Beer Description
Fermented in chardonnay barrels with a distinctive farmhouse yeast strain, it finishes dry and crisp with notes ranging from lemongrass to golden raisins.
Messor ‘the harvester’ is the latest installment to our Sour Legion. This farmhouse ale was brewed with a variety of autumnal grains and tastefully hopped with El Dorado in the kettle. Fermented in chardonnay barrels with a distinctive farmhouse yeast strain, it finishes dry and crisp with notes ranging from lemongrass to golden raisins. After spending some time in oak, we gave it a generous addition of Hallertau Blanc to accentuate the white-grape and tropical fruit aromas.
