Beer Description
Fermented with Sour Cherry Funk yeast and nothing else. An entirely yeast driven experiment, after a year of maturing and letting it ride, the slow fermenting Flanders took on a life of its own. A tart, farmhouse Flanders with aromas of tobacco.
