Super aromatic, extremely dry a with almost no alcohol taste. Galaxy, El Dorado and Citra were used to showcase the aromatics and complexities of this new style
Not exactly “The Champagne of Beers”, but that would be a good thing. This new style
originated in San Francisco and it’s the West Coast answer to the hazy New England IPA. Very little
malt presense or residual sweetness due to the addition of the enzyme, Amyloglucosidase. Super
aromatic, extremely dry and easy drinking with almost no alcohol taste. Galaxy, El Dorado and
Citra were used to showcase the aromatics and complexities of this brand new beer style.
