Beer Description
Pineapple, peach forward esters were matched with Strata, El Dorado, & Citra hops, and we also added some fresh hop oil for an extra resinous kick.
Utilizing a Norwegian “Kveik” yeast strain (Kveik is a centuries-old Scandanavian farmhouse ale which varies widely in style) we brewed an IPA to see what kind of flavors and aromas are possible. Pineapple, peach forward esters were matched with Strata, El Dorado, & Citra hops, and we also added some fresh hop oil for an extra resinous kick.
