Classic American Pale Ale. Neutral ferment, caramel malt character. Cascade hop flavor and believe or not, actual bitterness. Take a ride with us.
In the first “Back To The Future” film Doc Brown’s Delorean carries Marty McFly back in time 30 years from 1985 to 1955. We learn in the sequel that the car has the potential to travel even further than that. Our vessel is much more limited. Last February we rode it back to the early ’00s to brew “Instant Classic.” Next week we release the results of a slightly longer journey back into the 1990s to resurrect the recently endangered, Classic American Pale Ale. Neutral ferment, caramel malt character. Cascade hop flavor and believe or not, actual bitterness. Take a ride with us.
