Beer Description
A tart saison, brewed with local sorghum and oak malt from Deer Creek Malthouse, and aged for nearly 1 year in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. The earthy sorghum undertones lead the way to fruit notes of pineapple & pear from the Brett Brux, before finishing with a lemony, peppery, dry tartness.
